Freight Movement

Everything we eat, drink, wear, drive or build comes to us by road, rail, air or water. The movement of freight, goods and services has a tremendous impact on the economy. The proposed CSX Integrated Logistics Center (ILC) will be located in south Winter Haven with connection from Pollard Road which has been included in our 2030 long-range transportation plan.
