Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) Draft
We’ve released the draft Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) for Fiscal Years 2026/2027 TO 2027/202. This is our two-year roadmap for transportation planning in Polk County, including safety studies, long-range planning, transit coordination and data-driven projects that shape how you move every day.
We’re asking residents, businesses and community partners to review the draft and share comments, questions or suggestions. Your feedback helps the TPO prioritize the right projects, focus on safety and access, and ensure our plans reflect the needs of all who live, work, and travel in Polk County.
